I originally bought this property from Cape Cod Chatelains and they were great then, almost 30 years ago. I worked with them several times since then. When I decided to sell, I did not even consider anyone else as they are very knowledgeable and most helpful. They walked me through everything, including the red tape fine print. They are great!

I have used the Chatelains many times over the years. They are the BEST realtors. Not only do they do a superb job in guiding you along in the process., they also keep in touch with you after your sale - just to see how you are doing. I have used other realtors over the years, but Ed and Agnes are my gold standard, that I compare all the others to.

This was a sale where Seller was the legal representative of an estate. This type of sale is always more challenging, than dealing with a Seller/Owner of the property. The sales campaign, marketing and negotiations with prospective buyers were all the more critical, so that the estate beneficiaries are satisfied that I got the highest amount for the property. I've worked with Agnes and Ed Chatelain for approximately 30 years. Cape Cod Chatelains have always been available to support off-Cape and Fiduciary Sellers by performing tasks that ordinarily are the responsibility of Owner/Sellers. They willingly meet appraisers, inspectors, cleaners, landscapers, estate sale personnel and contractors if the Fiduciary or off-Cape Seller is unable to do so. In the case of elderly Sellers, they will facilitate the clean out for persons who are unable to manage the process.

Agnes was exceedingly kind and patient. Over the year and a half we worked with her, she responded
quickly to our inquiries, set up and met us at showings throughout the cape and Plymouth, always offering
valuable advice and insights. We ended up buying in a different state so did not close with Agnes but she
gave us a referral to another agent there and was still very gracious and happy for us.

inspection. I was so surprised that Ed would do this, because when I sold my house in Winchester, I could
not even get my realtors to tell me what was needed for the fire alarms in the house and it took two visits by
the fire inspector, extra costs and lots of running around on my part.
