Erik Tarvin brings a disciplined, analytical mindset to real estate on Cape Cod, shaped by a career in process development engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. His approach is calm, honest, and relationship-driven — keeping clients informed and confident from the first conversation to the closing table. Before entering real estate, Erik built two businesses on the Cape, giving him a firsthand understanding of what it means to invest in this place for the long term.

Away from work, Erik kayaks the Cape's waterways, hikes its trails, and volunteers wherever the landscape needs tending — from local horseshoe crab counts to stewarding the historic dune shacks of the Outer Cape with the Peaked Hill Trust of Provincetown. He came to Cape Cod 15 years ago and hasn't looked back since.
