Property Management

For this reason, we offer a property management service to our clients who purchase a second home.  For a small monthly fee, we conduct a weekly property inspection of both the interior and exterior of the property.  We walk through every room in the house, check for damage due to plumbing breaks, fire, pests, intruders or other cause, and take and email pictures to the homeowner for their review.  We can also conduct post-storm checks to make sure that your home escaped that terrible Nor’Easter unscathed, and a variety of concierge services, including mail forwarding.
